Terms & Conditions for Exam Paper Valuer
This document sets forth the Terms & Conditions governing the appointment and conduct of Exam Paper Valuers engaged for the evaluation of answer scripts.
1. Role & Responsibility
- 1.1 The Valuer shall evaluate answer sheets strictly as per the official Marking Scheme and guidelines provided by the MyMockMate.Com.
- 1.2 The Valuer shall maintain impartiality, accuracy, and uniformity in awarding marks.
- 1.3 The Valuer shall complete the assigned evaluation within the stipulated timeline.
2. Eligibility
- 2.1 The Valuer must hold a minimum Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (or as prescribed by the Board/University).
- 2.2 A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of teaching experience is mandatory.
- 2.3 The Valuer must attend and successfully complete the required training/orientation sessions before commencing evaluation.
3. Code of Conduct
- 3.1 The Valuer shall maintain absolute confidentiality of answer sheets, marks, and any examination-related material.
- 3.2 The Valuer shall not discuss, disclose, photograph, scan, or otherwise share evaluation details with any unauthorized person.
- 3.3 The Valuer shall avoid any form of bias on the basis of religion, caste, gender, handwriting, or personal opinion.
- 3.4 Awarding of marks on sympathy, handwriting, or guesswork is strictly prohibited.
4. Evaluation Guidelines
- 4.1 The Valuer shall follow the prescribed marking scheme strictly, without deviation.
- 4.2 Every question must be marked, and marks shall be recorded clearly in the designated margin using red/green ink.
- 4.3 Constructive remarks may be provided where appropriate, to guide students in improvement.
- 4.4 Alteration of marks once finalized is not permitted without prior approval of the Head Examiner/Moderator.
5. Submission & Timelines
- 5.1 Evaluated scripts must be signed, dated, and submitted within the prescribed deadline.
- 5.2 Delay in submission without valid justification may result in replacement and/or withholding of remuneration.
6. Quality Control
- 6.1 Evaluated scripts are subject to random rechecking by the Head Examiner/Moderator.
- 6.2 In case of discrepancies, revaluation may be undertaken at the Valuer’s responsibility.
- 6.3 Repeated errors or negligence may lead to disqualification from current and future valuation assignments.
7. Confidentiality & Security
- 7.1 In case of digital/on-screen evaluation, secure login credentials shall be used exclusively by the Valuer.
- 7.2 Sharing of login credentials or evaluation access with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
- 7.3 All documents and materials provided shall be returned or securely deleted after completion of valuation work.
8. Remuneration
- 8.1 The remuneration for valuation shall be as follows:
• Class 10: ₹50 per paper
• Class 12: ₹70 per paper
- 8.2 Payment shall be made only upon satisfactory completion of assigned work and verification by the MyMockMate.Com.
- 8.3 Payment will be disbursed only in given bank account on monthly basis (between 1st to 7th of every month).
- 8.4 As per government rules deductions will be applicable.
9. Termination
- 9.1 Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of appointment.
- 9.2 Any misconduct, breach of confidentiality, falsification of documents, or negligence may invite disciplinary and/or legal action.
10. Declaration & Acceptance
I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understood the above Terms & Conditions. I agree to abide by the rules, responsibilities, and code of conduct as stated herein. I understand that any violation may result in termination of my assignment and other disciplinary/legal actions as deemed necessary.
